Spring Into Spice Food & Wine Festival: How it works
The Spring Into Spice open-air Food & Wine Festival is a one-of-a-kind culinary event for Toronto and the GTHA as a whole as we focus on both ethnic food and wine flavours, pairing the wines we love with spices we love.
On June 3, 2023, the community will walk through our carefully designed Ethnic Food and Wine Pavillion, which will consist of food and wine Exhibitors.
Festival attendees will get a chance to leisurely munch on tasty cuisines such as Caribbean, African, Indian, Thai, Latin American, and so much more. At the same time, venture over to a wine tent to try various wines with their foods. They'll have countless pairing at their fingertips.
This is a ticketed event ensuring that the right and tailored experience is shared with all.
Upon entering the grounds, attendees get a wristband, a festival tasting glass, and tickets to purchase food and wine samples from the Exhibitors on site.
The Spice Food & Wine group has an attuned focus on 'local'. So, in addition to having local food fare, another show mandate is to ensure a healthy representation from local Ontario Wineries at the festival, in addition to Wine Agencies that represent wines from around the world!
This is an event not to be missed as the Spice Food & Wine group work on cementing cognitive diversity in food and wine, while presenting unique brands to over 1,500 festival attendees from the GTHA and more.
In addition to drawing consumers to the festival, trade experts and media who influence trends and buying decisions will be among the festival participants.
Event-goers leave the Spice Food & Wine events having additional tools in their arsenal that allow them to expand their knowledge around wine and the science behind food and wine pairing in general.
This is done in support of cognitive diversity in wine.
